MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Land Corp., the Gokongwei family’s property development arm, is expanding in Naga City, Camarines Sur in the Bicol Region.
Specifically, the company will put up an office building for the business process outsourcing industry as part of its mixed-use complex in Naga City, which is an ideal location for BPO locators.
To be called Robinsons Cybergate Naga, the office building will be located along Naga Diversion Road, within the Robinsons mixed-used complex in the city, which has a mall and two hotel chains: Go Hotels and Summit Hotel.
RLC said the mall is slated for opening on Aug. 15 this year while the office building is expected to be completed in the second semester of 2017.
RLC Office Buildings general manager Faraday Go said the building is registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) as an IT Center.
Thus, qualified locators at Robinsons Cybergate Naga may apply for various incentives from PEZA.
Furthermore, Go said Robinsons Cybergate Naga would consist of two office floors plus a recruitment space at the third floor, which will be connected to the mall.
In all, the office building will have a gross leasable area of 5,900 square meters.
It will also have its own lobby at the ground floor and elevators dedicated to its tenants.
For the design, the building will have large and efficient office floor plates and will be in warm-shell hand-over condition.
With the needs of BPO locators in mind, Go also said Robinsons Cybergate Naga would have 100 percent back-up power and installed with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF/VRV) airconditioning system for flexibility and control.
The building will have fire sprinklers and smoke detectors, CCTV surveillance, and 24/7 security.http://www.philstar.com/business/2017/06/12/1709014/robinsons-expands-bpo-bldg-naga
