NEWSRLC on track to complete 17th office towerPhilstar | December 21, 2015
Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), the real estate arm of the JG Summit conglomerate, continues to grow its office buildings portfolio with its latest office building in Ortigas Center. The leading property developer recently held its ceremonial concrete pouring for Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma.
Cyberscape Gamma is a 37-story office building development located along Topaz and Ruby roads in the Ortigas Center. It will be connected to the existing Robinsons Cyberscape Beta at the ground and mezzanine floors. Its 45,000 sqm floor area will strengthen RLC’s position as the biggest office landlord in the Ortigas Central Busines District.
The tower will feature two stories of various retail and dining options as well as service shops to cater to the needs of tenants as well as nearby residents and offices. In the mold of the other office developments of RLC, Cyberscape Gamma will likewise be equipped with high-speed elevators, 100 percent back-up power, 24/7 variable refrigerant flow AC system for flexibility and control, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, multiple telecom providers as well as an advanced security, fire safety and building management system.
With a large office floor plate, ample basement and podium parking, and a registration with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority on the way, the tower is ideal for offshoring and outsourcing firms as well as corporate headquarters of medium and large corporations.
RLC remains bullish on the growing demand for BPO office spaces. It has five other office buildings which are currently being built: Robinsons Galleria Cebu in Maxilom Ave. corner Sergio Osmena Blvd, Cebu City, Robinsons Ilocos in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte and Robinsons Place Naga located at Diversion road corner Almeda Highway, Naga City; Exxa Tower in Bridgetowne located along C5, Libis, Quezon City and Cyber Sigma located along Lawton Ave., Bonifacio South, Taguig.
RLC has 11 completed office buildings which include Cyberscape Alpha and Cyberscape Beta in Ortigas and Tera Tower in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.http://digitaledition.philstar.com/articles/2015-12-21/business/rlc-on-track-to-complete-17th-office-tower/133606
